Key Responsibilities
• Working closely with designers and strategists to add a strong verbal dimension to our creative output
• Bring brand strategy to life in creative ways.
• Bring the strategy to life, write a manifesto for the brand, articulate the brand's personality, create stories around the brand
• Bringing creative ideas to life
• Work closely with the designers and strategists on the job to create powerful ideas for products, services, communications, etc.
• Creating brand voice principles and helping to create before/after examples
• Craft messaging themes and key messages that pay off brand strategy
• Support naming work and generate names for brands, products, services, initiatives, etc.
• Writing copy for an ad, a smartphone app, a set of brochures, a website home page, a Facebook page or a campaign to get staff engaged
• Brainstorming ideas with other team members
• Discuss your ideas in internal workshops and ideations
• Occasionally, proofread copy for deliverables on your projects
• Bring to life, through the written word, the concept, and execution of integrated, cross-channel initiatives – including large web initiatives,
online advertising & digital marketing.
• Meaningfully contribute to the ideation and conceptualisations of marketing and content ideas.
• Understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations of your audiences, so that you can speak to them in the most effective, compelling, and
engaging way
• A love of collaborating with your team members – creative directors, art directors, designers, coders, and other equally talented team mates
– to consistently deliver polished, award-worthy work
• Leverage and optimise relevant resources, and ensure that projects stay on brief.
• Attend project briefing meetings, or project kick-offs, where required.
• Question briefs where appropriate – providing extra value and pushing for the most effective solutions.
• Tailor the content and style of individual writing assignments according to their purpose - whether they are intended to sell or inform.
• Research your client's industry and their audience.
• Clearly present your work to your peers, through clear, concise decks and virtual

任职要求
Key Requirements
• Bachelors' degree or above Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
• 3 years creative experience in advertising or brand side.
• Sharp creative judgment.
• Admirable reputation/profile as a creative mind.
• High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and endurance with an ability to lead staff through setbacks and motivate subordinates to perform under
pressure.
• Confident nature and ability to make contact with the general public.
• Able to write different types of creative copy (long, short, headlines, stories) for a wide range of audiences and purposes
• Keen to understand the bigger picture of our clients and their worlds [including business strategy, customer/consumer insights, client
dynamics.
• Able to maintain a good eye for details
• Articulate and persuasive in presenting your work
• Able to work in teams, under pressure and deliver against deadlines
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines; and to develop irregular activity schedules.
• Risk taking attitude.
• Open-minded and ambitious with high integrity.
• Fluent Chinese speaker and writer: English as plus
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of current technologies and products influencing the creative landscape

and resonate with target audiences
• Relevant work examples — portfolio is required
• An appreciation for the relationship between textual and visual elements (and great design in general). We expect our copywriters to
understand that a product isn’t truly great unless the copy and the designs support each other.
