Client Servicing & New Business Pitch 60% 1.Develop communication strategies and brand ideas based on insights from consumer research, brand understanding and marketplace data 2.Lead the team in providing analysis of market trends, presenting opportunities for building existing client revenue 3.Lead the team for branding project; 4.Develop sound and creatively inspiring briefs and propositions to drive the quality of creative work. And, works closely with creative teams to assist in the creative development process; 5.Working with account team leader in delivering solid proposal and presentations, workshop etc to win new business; 6.Strong new business pitching capabilities Team Coaching 20% 1.Groom planning team, oversee quality work deliverable of planning team 2.Facilitate the team to work close and smooth collaboration with account and creative team 3.Consistently serves as a positive role model who embodies the value of the company Strategic Coordinator of Office Positioning Initiatives 20% 1.Seen as the Strategy Champion for training and development and facilitates organizational learning when it comes to planning tools and practices, as well as, promoting knowledge and sharing. 2.Work with office GM and necessary office function teams to build RF Thunder’s competitive planning capability; 3.Lead as the Champion for managing office level insight initiatives and resource center including good showcases, monthly insight newsletter, data tools, trend report pool, internal showcase award 4.Provide strategic input and work with account team in domestic and regional award applications

1.Mandarin language is a pre-requisite, Fluent written English is also required; 2.Prior Leadership experience. 8/10 + years experience in marketing; Experienced in IMC planning 3.Experience in quantitative and data analysis; 4.Demonstrates analytical and organization skills; 5.Entrepreneurship and Positive.
