Digital & Social:
- Assist in creating high-level digital/social media strategic planning
- Rich knowledge of main social channel attributes and trends
- Outstanding sense and experience regarding social content development, especially related to
- Experience in influencer/KOL/KOC marketing
- Capability of data analysis and familiar with third-party tools within the market
Client/Account Management:
- Serve as day-to-day contact for clients, and proactively share insights/recommendations to clients
- Oversee management of reactive/urgent requests from clients
- Management of team deliverables’ quality
- Share valuable POV, knowledge and expertise with team/client
- Management skills by mentoring and managing junior team members
- Demonstrate ability to give/accept feedback
任职要求
- At least 2-3 years of agency experience (social/digital related prioritized)
- Experience in fashion/luxury/FMCG industry client service
- Able to manage multiple projects at a time
- Strong ability to manage client’s expectations and project timelines
