Client Service/Client Management: 客户服务/客户管理 - Manage client relationship on a day-to-day basis, maintain a close and effective client-agency relationship 客户日常关系的维护,于客户与代理商保持紧密的合作关系 - Lead in pitches, new business development process, and /or existing client annual planning and reviews 带领团队参加新业务的比稿流程、客户年度策略的制定和复盘 - Strategically minded. And be able to give strategic agency point-of-view and recommendations 具备策略思维,深入理解客户的业务,能够从广告机构的角度给予客户市场创意策略的专业意见 - Take Profit & Loss responsibilities to support CEO to run the business 支持CEO的业务经营,有生意思维,承担利润和损失 - Quality control of team deliverables upto/exceeding industry standard 对团队交付的项目产出做质量把控,确保产出达到/超过行业标准 Creative 创意 - Eye for good creative 有良好的创意眼光 - Know how to guide team to write good creative briefs 知道如何知道团队撰写创意简报 - Inspiring for creative outputs 对创意输出具有启发性 - Be partner with Creative team 成为创意团队的合作伙伴 People Management 人员管理 - Lead by demonstration, a role model 以身作则,成为榜样 - Empower team to grow according to a clearly well-crafted career plan and offer on-job coaching to juniors 赋能团队,根据增长需求制定员工的职业发展规划和职业辅导 - Ensure all subordinates complete company induction programme. 确保下属达成完成公司的就职要求 - Motivate, develop and appraise staff in conjunction with CEO 与CEO一起,激励、发展和评估员工 Communication/Presentation 沟通/演示演讲 - To be able to clearly, comprehensively and logically present from concepts to costings 能够清晰、全面、逻辑地从概念到成本进行演示演讲 - Demonstrate ability to brief, inform and motivate subordinates 强有力的沟通能力,体现在包括但不限于给出明确的项目简报/任务分配、及时信息同步、不断激励团队
任职要求
Job Requirements: - Education/ Experience: BA from an accredited school 被认证的本科及以上学历 - at least 8 years of account management and/or management level marketing, preferably with a combination of marketing, branding, business process, and Medical/Healthcare RX industry exposure 8年以上客户管理/市场相关项目管理岗位,有市场营销、品牌管理、项目管理和医药/大健康处方药行业相关经验 - Understanding of business and industry, identifying issues, providing sound marketing direction and solutions 对业务和行业有一定的见解,发现业务问题症结,提供可靠有效的营销方向与解决方案 - Proven ability to develop business opportunities and achieve success in account growth and revenue generation 具备业务开发能力,抓住业务机会,帮助公司达成业务与收入增长 - Demonstrated strategic or consultative approach to account management 通过策略思维和咨询思维,帮助管理客户 - Strong aptitude for building “partner” relationships with clients and colleagues 与客户和团队建立伙伴关系 - Strong account management, analytical, and problem-solving skills 有强大的客户管理、问题分析和解决问题的能力 - Proven track record executing complex projects 有复杂项目的执行实操经验 - Must have a passion for the creative development process 对创意开发过程抱有极大的热情 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities 出色的书面和口头沟通能力和演示演讲能力 - Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworkers and clients 极强的倾听能力,对团队成员、协作同事和客户的想法,怀有开放的心态 - Ability to manage several projects at once and with keen attention to details and process 能够同时管理多个项目,并且对细节和过程非常关注 - Technical Requirements: Proficiency with MS office suit 软件要求:熟练掌握微软办公软件
