Digital Account Executive（数字营销-客户执行）

The ideal candidate is constantly curious and resourceful, and has a keen interest to work in an integrated communications consultancy environment. 屡获殊荣的整合营销公司-罗德互动正在招聘一名富有创意的客户执行加入我们的数字团队，他/她将为来自于生活方式，科技电子，汽车等领域的客户提供支持。我们期待聪明且富有好奇心的候选人，并愿意在整合营销的工作中长期发展。 Responsibilities:  Manage the client's official social platform account, plan the monthly content calendar, digital campaign and produce social media content and liaise with internal designers for layout designs  Coordinate internal and external resources and the collaboration with other client groups and departments;  Assist in formulating mobile marketing plans for clients annually and at different phases, including overall strategies, following up on plans and executing projects;  Assist in creating high-level digital/social media strategies that are integrated into communication plans  Conduct marketing research to understand the latest digital landscape, and the marketing activities of client’s competitors; 工作职责：  负责客户日常社交媒体账号运营，制定月度传播计划，线上活动推广，制作社交媒体内容，并与内部设计团队合作；  负责内外部资源协调，并协调其负责的客户及其他部门之间的合作关系；  协助团队策划年度营销方案，包含整体策略，跟进提案及项目执行等；  参与市场调查，了解最新的数字领域，以及客户品牌的竞争对手的市场活动；

Skills Required:  At least 1 year of digital, social, copywriter experience in advertising agencies, those with experience at recognized 4A companies prioritized;  Good verbal and written communication skills, with strong proposal drafting abilities;  Fluent in written and verbal English and Traditional Chinese are both required (English is a plus)  Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment  Strong believer in team work and result-oriented. 任职要求：  至少1年左右的Digital、Social、文案等相关工作经验，有国际4A公司经验者优先  良好的口头和文字沟通能力，以及较强的方案撰写能力；  要求流利的英语和中文书面和口头表达（英文是加分项）；  能够同时处理多项任务并快速成长；  良好的团队合作精神，以结果为导向；
